We provide a 1-year labor warranty covering our installation workmanship. Materials are not included — manufacturer warranties apply where applicable and documentation is passed through to you.

Our packages cover tile, fixtures, waterproofing, demolition, haul-away, and final cleanup. Glass doors and enclosures are always priced separately as add-ons so you choose exactly what fits your space and budget. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprise change orders.

We use a milestone-based payment structure: 40% deposit upon acceptance, 30% at tile completion, and 30% at final walkthrough. No payment is collected before work begins on each milestone.

Frameless glass uses thicker panels (3/8" to 1/2") with minimal hardware for a modern, open look. Semi-frameless uses a frame on the top and sides but no frame on the door itself — a great balance of style and value.
